Hi my name is Amit Kashyap. My registered mobile number is 9818621xxx and my registered email id is imkashyap90@gmail.com. I have ordered 2 Moto E with flipkart on 6th of October while there was a offer running BIG BILLION DAY, where I suppose to get up to 90% discount on different kind of products. So when I was looking for something in the site of flipkart then I saw a offer that MOTO E in just 1500 rs. So I ordered 2 Moto E. For the first one I choose my credit card however for the second one I choose cash on delivery. So now when I am waiting for my product I got the mail that my ordered has been canceled without my permission. Then when I called to customer care they told me that I have ordered 2 Moto E so thats why my ordered has been canceled. But as per the email which I have recived it is showing that my orders has been canceled because there was price error. But I just want to say that there is not my fault. Flipkart doesn’t say that because of price error they will cancel the order. As well as they canceled my product without my permission. And when I call them to give me my product they completely denied. My concern is that when I have place my orders with full faith on Flipkart so now I want to receive them. And if thats not happen so that will be a harassment. I do have all the proof, Messages and emails about my products which I have ordered. Again when I talked to costumer care they completely denied and they are giving me 1500 rs a waiver but I order that mobile for some reason so I just want them. I want that Flipkart will send me my product I will be happy to pay the remaining 1500 rs. Because I have already paid 1500 rs for the first one threw my credit card and I will pay 1500 rs by COD when I will receive my 2nd MOTO E. Thank you
