I got the call from compare dth representative ‘Rizwan’. He offered me the airtel dth connection with annual package of New Mega + Full HD subscription at cost of Rs 5350. After telephonic discussion, he dropped me mail as well to confirm the scheme. I then paid full amount to them. Once I got the connection, the package I got is of lesser amount i.e. Kids + hd. and I did not get the subscription that I was offered. Dropped several mails and complaints and called several times but no response. Rizwan is not picking up call. I got call from Rizwan’s senior and he told me to pay Rs 600 more for that package else do whatever you want. They are Fraud company and making fool of many people. This Company should be closed or shutdown and owner should be arrested. Thanks!
