Hi Team I’m a resident of Mumbai but recently moved to Gurgaon, Haryana for work purposes. My permanent address is in Mumbai and the same is linked with my Aadhar card as well as on my passport, driving licence, ration card, PAN card etc. I’ve bought the JioFi Hotspot from your Reliance Digital Store in Ambiance Mall, Gurgaon. However I was unable to get the SIM card as my Aadhar card is on my Mumbai address and they are only offering JIO SIM cards to Gurgaon and Delhi NCR residents. I had to stand in a queue for over 2 hrs just to be informed the same which in the first place is not acceptable.

Secondly as you are using Aadhar card for verification purposes, it shouldn’t matter which part of India I live in as long as my Aadhar card is verified. Your condition of getting a Jio SIM area wise is very wrong as there are hundreds of thousand users like me who are working in a different state than the one in which their Aadhar card is registered and do not have a permanent address. We are unable to use your services even after having a Aadhar card and all other relevant documents. Please can you let me know what procedure I’ve to follow to obtain a JIO SIM card and use your services as currently I’ve ended up buying a JioFi Hotspot device which is lying unused.
