My name is Jitesh Kumar Gupta and my address is 257, Vardhman City Centre-II, Shakti Nagar under bridge, Delhi – 110052. I am having Digital Cable TV services of IN Digital via STB No. 125121642790712 and Smart Card No 164279071231 at the said address from Cable Operator of the area namely SAI CABLE, 8-A, First Floor, Bharat Nagar, Delhi – 110052 since 4 to 5 years. He was offering me before March, 2013, the package of Rs. 150 per month but from March 2013 onwards he started to collect Rs. 200 per month till June 2013. But in the month of July he again informs that Rs. 22 will be charged extra due to increase in service tax. Now the total amount he was asking for Rs. 222 per month. When I said that give me the bill for this and I will pay the amount then he refused to give me the bill and also disconnected my cable connection immediate. This cause a lot of inconvenience for me and it is totally unreasonable practice.

His this practice is totally unreasonable. He is defrauding me and all his consumers by collecting extra money in the name of service tax. He is also defrauding the service tax department by collecting money in the name of service tax.

I just want that he stop the practice of collecting extra charge from the consumers in the name of service tax and also provide bill which shows the amount of service tax. I also want to Restore my connection after giving me the bill of the payment if he receives extra charges.
