I have activated my 3G plan two months back and after my requirement is complated i have deactivated on 12th july. on enquiery i found that my free 512 mb plan in my existing plan, was not activated and they are charging default charges for my data usage. on questioning about that they are saying that they will activate from next bill cycle that is from 9th august as i deactivated 3g in between billing cycle. until then i will be charged with default tariff but my plan will be charges at same rate as previously in which i am eligible for 512mb free.

Is it not cheating and demanding me to stay on 3g plan for which 250 additional charges will be there. and additionally there will be charges on my bill on default charges while i am eligible for free data usage under my plan until 512 mb.

i want them to activate my plan with immdeiate effect and cancel all default cherges they made on my account from the day they deactivated 3g plan.thanking you for your assistance.
