I cancelled the Airtel Broadband connection (08042086103) in August 2011.Even now, I am getting a call from Airtel legal team to pay the amount. The detailed descriptions of events are listed below: August 2011: Raised a request to cancel an Airtel Broadband connection (08042086103) due to shifting of house Nov 2011: Got an e-mail from Airtel saying that your connection has been deactivated and you will have to pay 3865 INR outstanding amount. Nov 2011: Paid the amount 3865 INR (Receipt number is not available) Feb 2012: Got a call from Delhi Highcourt to pay an outstanding amount of 3441 INR Feb 2012: Paid 3441 INR (receipt number: 34-20889514). This was extra money paid to Airtel. Oct 2012 : Got a call from Airtel legal team saying that case has been filed in Bangalore Lok Adalat to pay an outstanding amount of 3761 INR Oct 2012: Mailed all the documents to Airtel to check in their system. After that no response from Airtel Jan 2013: Got a call from Airtel legal team asking to pay ~3500 INR Jan 2013: Visited Airtel Indiranagar service centre. No positive response from them as well

I want extra amount that was paid to Airtel (3441 INR) and compensation for Mental harrassment caused by Airtel legal team
