Sir/Ma’am Despite having repeated follow up with Datawind (Akash Tablet) Team over mail, my tablet has not been delivered yet. My order no. is PMBCF4E83C98, which was booked on 01.03.2013 only, with the initial payment of Rs. 4799. Prior to booking I just got a confirmation over phone from one of the Datawind Official that product is ready for shipment and will be delvd within 72 hrs of payment. Even it was displayed over the website of Ubislate/Datawind also.

Despite my repeated follow up over mail & telephone, no respite has come to me yet. Leading to lot of mental and further leading to economical sufferings.

At the earliest delivery of product. Further severe penalty over company for such deceptive advertisement and false promises. Further customer/complainant may be compensated for the unnecessary harrassment.
