I bought jiofi device last month and got jio preview offer activated and valid till 25 Nov 2016, but today suddenly they pushed me to welcome offer which is 4GB limit per day. What can i do to get back preview offer? I need to raise a complaint too. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. THANKS.

Sir, Referenced is made to complain no SR000001HJG4 Dtd 13 sep 16. I took jio sim 7003732855 from Digital express Mini, S N Banerjee Road, Barrackpore, N 24 parganas, Kolkata 700120 on 04 Sep 16 and still it is inactive. Hi Sir , I got the sim on 3/9/2016 and until today my jio sim card isn’t activated. I tried calling the customer care number of jio , but there is no response, my bar code is already show redeemed. I request u to activate my sim #7001474632. Before the end of jio preview offer.Please solve my issue. My alternate no is 7602XX2636
