I want to transfer my HPCL Gas connection in the name of my wife. I contacted with the agency with requisite documents. But they did not do and asking for 5300 Rs as bribe. I complained to HP customer care but till now it could not be resolved. My complain numbers are 14159896 on 11th January 2015 via telephone and 14166186 on 15th January 2015 via email through hp gas website. Kindly consider this case earliest. I want to transfer the same at genuine charges.
