I am Saptaparni Mandal. My current contact no-9903499177. I am registered for another Airtel prepaid no-9748543336.On 13.02.2015, I went into the Airtel Relationship Center Store for changing my normal SIM size into nano sim( sim phone no-9748XX3336). I was misguided and and informed that i have to convert from prepaid to post paid and paid an extra amount of Rs.300+ Rs.50.

On 14/02/2015 I called up another airtel store in Kolkata and they informed me that there is no such mandatory rule. I have been misleaded and fooled and my number hasn’t been activated yet even after i was told it would be activated within 5 hours.I called up the next day and I was told it would be done within 3 days. What sort of employees do airtel hire misleading their customers? I demand an immediate reply and my sim be converted into prepaid.
