We have been cheated. two representatives from Country club India , Mr sushil Tiwari and Himanshu came to our residence on 10th of March 2013 and sold us this membership for 120000. they made many fake promises out of which none has been fulfilled. they also said there are no annual maintenance charges as you are not taking club facilities. we then agreed for taking this membership. also, it was not stated that which ever property we will be staying in we will have to pay taxes for staying there. also, we were told there are properties of country club in Shirdi where as there are no properties there. they said to which ever property you may go you get pick and drop from airport/railway station and sight seeing complementary. No such things were provided.they said they will give us 14 air ticket codes complementary as it is the closing of the year. that is why we were forced to make the payments on the same day.It was said that membership will include stay for 4 and children without extra nights being cut but now when we ask for booking for 4 they cut our extra nights. we have used their properties for 6 nights in the last year and we regret our decision of assosiating with country club.

We want country club India to Either wave of our AMC ( annual maintenance charge) for ever ( as long as this membership is alive) and give us the promised number of air ticket codes or return all our amount (120000) back along with the interest that we are paying to hdfc bank. We have gone through a lot of mental trauma for this. please please please free us from all this suffering.
