We were invited to above mentioned address, to collect gifts that we won in a lucky draw. On visiting, sales persons Sirisha & Nissar insisted us in purchasing vacation at Rs 1,65,000 that promised 30 years of 6 night 7 day holidays each year. Along with this complementary plot (worth 90,000 at the time) was offered in Sagar Sundaravan, near Nagarjuna Sagar Highway, Hyderabad, along with many other promises like club access, 2 night 3 days additional holidays apart from actual ones etc. Did not give us enough time to think and comeback, saying offer ends the same day. Finally made us purchase the same. In the agreement Nissar nowhere mentioned number of years, instead he has mentioned Zing. On asking about same, he said Zing means 30 years and promised he would take care of everything. When we came back and researched, we found lot of complaints about promises. Then we wanted to exit the deal, but they said it is not possible. However, they said vacation services would be given without any doubt. As we wanted to save atleast some amount, exchanged plot (for which we had to pay another 40,000) for gold. They only gave gold coupons worth 45,000. After this we got access to web portal, from where we could book holidays. We were shocked to see that only 5 years of holidays available for booking. When we called Nissar about the same, he said portal would be updated with 5 year sets of holidays. When we asked for complimentary 2N 3D bookings for 12th-13th Nov 2013, Nissar asked the reservations to book it from actual holidays and promised to revert them later, but did respond at all later. Recently we visited reservations to book holiday, but are only given 2 nights 3 days which they say is the left after booking 2 Nights in November 2013. This means we lost 2 nights due to split. Now they say that no matter how many nights are taken initially in a holiday, rest available would only be maximum of 2N, which Nissar has not mentioned at the time of sale. They want us to take 6N & 7D at a stretch at a place, to avail full holidays promised. Who would plan for 6 nights at a place? Also, during our conversation with reservations (Aruna) we came to know that Zing membership sold, entitles us only to 5 years of holidays and not 30 years. When we visited customer care to complain about the same, Vinod said he cannot help as 30 years was not mentioned in agreement, but neither was it mentioned that 5 years would be given? However, when I argued about it, Vinod said he would check with his superiors and let me know a solution in 2 days, but never responded. Later I visited customer care again a week later and this time I met Asim, who said the same thing but never responded till date.

I cannot trust this company anymore and would need my money of 1,20,000 (1,65,000 that I paid – 45,000 gold vouchers that I took) with an interest of 18% per annum for past 2 years and compensation for the time that I spent and mental agony that my family has gone through
