Samsung – Hanging and Display Problem

Dear sir, madam, I purchased N9000 (Note 3) Mobile set bearing IMEI Number 351540060416856 from Samsung out let Chandigarh on 10 Aug 2014. The set started hanging and display problem since beginning and same was reported to sell center. I was told that set is having software problem and will be all right once software updated automatically. I connected my phone to wi-fi and automatically software updation was completed, but problem still persisted and heating of the set also started with display problem. Then I contacted again to sell center, they asked me to update the software again. Mean while one week gone and I was told to visit the store again for inspection of the set. I again visited the store on 23 Aug 14 and again I was told that this problem is due to software problem and I have to go to service center for software updation. On 26 Aug I visited a service center in Delhi. They opened my set and checked visually and found that all the things are OK. Then they updated the software also and asked me to check the set. The problem remained unsolved. I was told by service center to left behind the set in the center for further repair. I have no option other than leaving it for investigation. Dear sir, 1. The delaying in investigation the defect at sell center was intentionally to avoid the replacement of the device within week period as per samsung policy (As per service center head statement) and same policy was not mentioned on the bill. 2. There was no system available in the service center for diagnosing the fault, all the work was being done manually. 3. As per sell center they are not responsible for defect in the device and it is the whole responsibility of service center. 4. If the staff of sell center is of technically skilled then how can they say that device is having software problem. 5. I want replacement of my device as exhausted visiting the store as well service center. 6. I request you to take an appropriate action against the company for selling faulty material in the market with out proper quality test. I approached the company over mail and got reply from Mr Amit from tele number 911246180xxx that the device can not be replaced as per company’s policy.
