Country Club India Ltd – refused to give any airfare admin charge deducted

I took a contract from cc which offered 90 nights of stay in its resorts an affiliated properties,with a self driven car at fuel charges and 30 percent discount on air tickets from the current market price. Post booking my trip for kerela they refused to give any airfare discount or the car at any location.they cancelled my membership and are asking for a 2 percent admin charge and will return my money in 60 working days.since they did not honor the contract i should be refunded in full with interest right from the start and be compensated for the mental harassment. It took almost six weeks from them to acknoledge that what their representative promised was false.i also was not able to book my travel arrangements due to the delay from their end hence now i have to buy all products at a higher price due to the delay.i am attaching the signed copy of the contract that states the services they promised

my entire money and other damages with interest and all such companies be told to make a contract format which allows the customer to get the money back in 2 working days if the promised services are not prpvided or else they provide me all the services that they offered me as per the contract
