I bought Country club membership during one of their marketing event at Shivajinagar Bangalore on 3rd March, 2013. The membership number provided to me is CVBG2C LSC139784 and I paid Rs. 45,000 to Country Club (payment through credit card, membership cost was Rs. 50000, I got 10 % cash back due to use of hdfc card). But I never received membership cards. Due to that I can’t visit you clubs. Their representative who negotiated the deal with me, Mr. Rajkumar (9742746396) never gave me clear answer why membership card not delivered to me. Mostly his mobile was switched off. Customer care executives on phone were not replying to the queries. They just used to say I’ll call you back and no one called back.
