I have purchased a HTC Desire 501 Handset from “Rajesh Telecoms (9999092334)” on 23 March 2014 with bill #: “25983”. Along with Mobile, I have purchased Third party insurance from Total Mobile Solutions Plus (TMS Plus) for two year at Rs. 1500 In total. This is referred by Rajesh Telecoms from where I have purchased Mobile Phone. On 2nd Jan 2015, Mobile touch screen gets damaged and I have call TMS Plus to replace the Mobile Touch Screen as per Mobile Insurance I have purchased. They agreed to change the screen and pick my mobile on 10th Jan 2015. They have taken 9 days and give me my mobile on 19th Jan 2015. During those 9 days I have used my mobile in the same manner as I was using. I have not faced any other problem in my mobile. I have taken the mobile back in the feel that it has been fixed. When I have used the mobile, I found that Side Buttons (Volume up down) are not working at all. Also the screen they have replaced with is not original product. Touch screen was not fixed at all. But all other mobile functions are working fine. I called them again and explain the issue. They re-assured me that they will fix the issue. ON 31st Jan 2015, they have taken my mobile from Office to resolve it.

On 26th Feb, they called and informed me that my mobile has gone dead. Motherboard of the mobile is not working so that cannot be repairable. They offered me claim of Rs 3000 that is not acceptable. Cost of the mobile is Rs. 15000. I have declined that. As the mobile when they have taken from me, was in working state. If mobile was working, then how mother board can be dead. This must me technical mistake done by them. I also assume that they are not servicing customers mobile from Mobile Company Service center. Or they must be doing some fraud and selling consumers mobiles parts. Please look into this matter and help me to get my mobile back.
