Writing with a very much upset mood about horrible experience that I have had today.
1. The link to track the shipment did not work any more. God knows why do you mention a never working tracking link. Its a real disappointment. 2. Contact number provided to contact for delivery is mostly ‘not reachable’. Why do you give a number that can not be contacted. 3. Somehow phone number of delivery person rang, he was so lazy and irresponsible that was remarkable. Quite failed on serving the delivery on time. He was showing his skills to postpone the date if delivery. Here I was waiting for the delivery, cancelling my further program to attend out of station. 4. Customer care is always ‘ let us talk to delivery manager, we will let you know’ but their help is helpless. 5. Customer has to manage everything from contacting the customer care to delivery manager or so. A customer is running after everything to manage. Still i have not got any date of delivery. Such a poor experience. Real Bad.
