We are a Pune based pharmaceutical company and our zonal office is situated at Varanasi. We are working with so many third party manufacturers regarding manufacturing of our products from last 6 years. 6 months before we have started working with a new manufacture named – Covalent Healthcare located at Ghaziabad, here we are dealing with Mr. Sudeep Mukherjee. He has taken 1.30 lacks from us, which is advance payment towards product manufacturing. As per committed time which is mentioned on his mail, product delivery time is max 45 days from the day of purchase order. We have send him purchase order mail on Dec – 2014, but till date we have not receive our goods. Every day day we are doing follow up with him and each day he has a new excuse/problem and every day he say’s same this that – Sir today surely i will dispatch your goods. Now we have fed up and we are asking our money back but he is not responding. Please help us to get our money back from him.

We want our money back as on Dec – 2014 our doctors were asking product Uni Q-10 Capsule and we have failed to fulfill there requirement just because of unavailability, and our product is expiring from last 5-6 months. Due to Covalent Healthcare we have face huge lose. So it is our request that please help us as we want our money back from him
