Sagar Ratna charg Service tax on every invoices without having service tax registration number on invoice. and when i was asked about this from the staff and manager they said me that what can u do for this we have only tin no and you are laible for payment. for this i was charged Rs. 68 as service tax which was loss of me and not deposit in the account of government because they does not have the service tax registration number on invoice. they were doing this thing with all the customers and said that jha complaint krni h kro i have recorded voice of manager on phone. and not mention service tax registration number on invoices is a big crime as per govt. rules

please seal the restaurant and do the needful and impose penalty on sagar ratna for this unjust ice and unlawful thing and i want my all extra money refunded to me which i have paid as service tax and i also want my respect.
