Vodafone – Excess bill refused to give detail bill

Vodafone govt employee connection given by vodafone people and govt employee plan given by them at Rs-99 but the receiving bill is more than 300 and 400 average if we are asking for detailed bill upto date softcopy to my personnel mail by requesting in the vodafone customer care center they refused to give the same and through post i have not received detailed bill, till date from the date of connection usage is less and bill is more.wrongly registered my mail id as maqsood@gmail.com now they are not ready to register mail id
Automatically they activated some service for that they are charging 30 every month and presently to port to different number for the last month i paid 820 rupees and remaining around 400 rs need to pay to come out from their service.even ater requesting to Belagavi vodafone care centre people did not registered mail to send bill the number is using by mom so she cannot do massege or other things
