Croma Retail – Damaged product sold and refund the money

Hi, I purchased a Qual T Sanwich Maker from Croma Retails on invoice # SLE00299373 on October 16, 2013. However, it was delivered damaged. Then there was chaos to pick it up for a full refund.Despite of numerous gentle reminders through emails, the refund of Rs. 549.00 has not been received and Croma does not seem to be worried about it. They have harassed me mentally to an extent where I’m almost on the verge of dropping the entire issue and forgo my hard earned money.

I need a full refund and compensation for mental harassment and delay and humiliation as it was delivered as a gift.
