I am Sayali Divekar has purchased Laptop of Rs: 34790/- on 30th Aug 2014 from Chroma Prabhadevi under 5% cash back or Rs:2000/- offer , which is going to give on or before 31st Oct 2014, which date has been passed but till date there is no communication or amount has been credited to my account from Croma.When I contacted to their Customer Care they are replying within 15 day’s you will get this amount.
To take follow up with Croma Branch and customer service center for this entire process, I get mentally as well as physically torchure and tensed. Branch people say’s contact to customer care and customer care says contact to branch, so in between I become a football.
