I have purchased a washing machine from snap deal which on delivery i have found to be duplicate. I called them and they said they will refund me my money. hence they said the refund process will take 4-7 working days post successful up dation of your NEFT details.Hence we updated our neft details on their website.This was the first reply to our complain,after which we thought that our problem would be solved as fast as they guarantee delivery but no I am having a horrible experience everyday as the staff very generously accepts its fault and also accepts that they are helpless to take action as the complain has been forwared to the concerned team.and the concerned team is so useless that for them 48 hours means infinite time as its been 10 days without any action.They asked us for our account details,which we gave but still there is no action from snapdeal except false promises. my complain are falling on deaf ears of Snapdeal without any commitment.Snapdeal has left me with no other alternative but to approach consumer court .I enclose all my complaints lodged wth snapdeal here have fulfilled all the reqiurements of snapdeal which are essential to intiate my refund process but i have recieved no reply from Snapdeal regarding my complaint.My refund request with suborder code 4227622690.
