Croma Retail Sold Defective Camera

I bought a camera on 15.07.2014 invoice no SLF02A111010016344 and the camera button is not working properly. then i went in morning to croma retail store and say this camera u will gave me its faulty camera its not working properly so please replace this and give me new camera but they not give me and they force me to give my camera in service centre but i said that this is not old camera so why i give to service centre and the staff is not do there job properly. at that time i deposit my camera in croma date 16.07.2014 and they say they will give me 18.07.2014 but today 19.07.2014 and there response is null. so please said to croma and give to me a new camera

i want to replace my camera with a new camera (not repaired )
