Sir, under my franchise code rt 14402, i have paid rs.2100 for irctc digital certificate to suvidhha from my working deposit on 27/01/2014 vide tr no83900035 on 27/01/2014 and submitted relevant documents by professional courier during the month of January by consignment no rvm 261559 on 29/01/2014 to suvidhaa irctc project till today the digital certificate not issued and irctc services ceased to me due to reason digital certificate not issued
i request you to make arrangement for issue of irctc digital certificate or elce refund me amount paid towards irctc and franchise fee paid by me a i want to cease their services due to their negligence and i have no need to loose my franchise fee and irctc fee along with application which was submitted by me
