Cromaretail.com – Sent Me Defective Product – Review

Dear Sir/mam i have purchased a Fuji Digicam 16MP SL1000 Blk Order no:- SLE002EC0006172 on 19-Jun-14 for Rs:-14,319 from www.cromaretail.com and i received this product on 21-Jun-14, but the camera i have received is defected, there is some kind of dust particle inside the EVF (Electronic Viewfinder) of the camera which looks like a big black dot inside the EVF. when i contacted Croma customer care no. 18002583636 they are saying that you have to visit Fuji service centre to get the DOA certificate for the replacement but when i contacted Fuji customer care No:- 18002000608 they told me that fuji has no policy to issue DOA certificate they can just repair the product which will take at least 10-15 days.. Regarding this i contacted croma customer care and also mailed them on support@cromaretail.com several times but they are not ready to replace the product and also it is nowhere mentioned in croma policies that a customer has to visit service centre if he receives a defective product from croma here is the link of their replacement policies http://www.cromaretail.com/refunds-returns.aspx . So it would be great if you could help me to get the replacement. I will be very thankful to you. I hope to get a favorable response from your side. i Have also attached the image of defected EVF.
