I have taken a Micromax CDMA mobile from Homshop18 on 30/04/2014.The product reached me on 06/05/2014.On the cover of the mobile packing it was written MTS.As I am a Reliance user I contacted the customer care whether can I use it in Reliance network?The customer care person told me to open the mobile and use it.If facing problem then tell to us.fortunately the mobile worked in Reliance n/w.But while opening the phone book the scroll bar was not working.Other menu scroll bar is also not working properly.So I contacted the customer care.After contacting many times one person gave me a address to send back the mobile.Then I send back the mobile to the given address of Delhi through DTDC courier on 08/05/2014.But no body received that product in Delhi.I told the customer care to receive that product but no result.Finally the mobile came back to me.From those days I complained so many times but no reply.Kindly solve this problem and help from this cheater online marketing company.
