Croma’s Fake Bill for Samsung Note 2 & Cash Back – Review

Hi, I bought samsung galaxy note 2 mobile model no N7100 at RS 25839.15/- billed on 21/JUNE/2014 from Tata croma retail store delhi janakpuri. I gave it to service center on 20/NOV/2014 to replace my charger as charger not working. Service center people told me that croma have provided me a fake bill at the time of purchase as phone already sold out on 08/DEC/2013. At the time of pruchase they gave me the invoice with full warranty with 10 % cash back but as of now no cash back come to me. When i asked samsung service center to give in written that i have submitted fake bill they have provided me the signed copy of that invoice. As per samsung service center people i have submitted fake bill and they threatened me by saying they will de-activate the IMEI number and i will loose phone warrenty. I argued with them regarding the same they have given me the invoice which is genrated by samsung service center. I am deeply hurted how croma store can do this with customer and I have gone through mental torture also. Iam attacing the croma bill as well as the samsung center invoice. I want my product to be replaced with Apple iPhone 6 Plus 64 GB GSM and i want a legal complaint filled against corma doing fraud against product. Also i want compensation of 5 lakhs for the mental pressure I have gone through and the humilation.
