Goibibo Bus Ticket Booking & Troubled Journey

I travelled from pune to hyderabad. And arrived at pickup point 30 min before reporting time. Neither the bus arrived at the pickup point not i received any call. When contacted goibibo, the representatives are not able to contact the operator. After 2 hours they were successful in contacting the operator and i was told that the bus had already left. Travel details: pune – hyderabad Sun, 16 Nov 14 Sahara Travels Multi-Axle Volvo, A/C, Seater pune: 21:30 Seat No. 40 Boarding Point: Jagpath Dairy Departure time: 21:20 I was in contact with IBIBO representative continuously for 3 hours from then.

1. Bus operator did not contact me when at the boarding point. (Everybody does, As you might be aware) 2. Bus Operator did not receive my call. when I called them. 3. Bus operator did not receive your representatives call for 3 hours. 4. After 3 hours they responded that I was not present at the boarding point even thou I was there at the boarding 30 minutes before. 5. Asked me to come to hadapsar which is 30 minutes distance from my boarding point and said they cant wait for 30 minutes. Pl. Note: Bus took 3 hours to cover 30 minutes distance from My boarding point to Hadapsar. which has no logic. And IBIBO rep. Please be logical enough and see what is the truth in this case. Response from GOIBIBO: We really apologize for all the inconvenience caused to you. As per our investigation with the bus operator, the operator confirmed you were not available in the boarding point on time and they said you to board bus from Hadapsar but you were not available over there also. As the operator is denying for refund. Hence we cannot process any refund for you. For further clarifications you can directly contact the Bus Operator – 9881616148.
