D2H DTH No Customer Service

sir , due to heavy wind and storm on 10 -04 2016 y d2h connection lost moreover my dish antenna fallen down imediately i sent request to customer care to attend after 2 days they sent engineer to attend but after inspecting all the connection he simply went away saying that he will sent some other person to attend the same .he also advised that new dish to be purchased since they cant rectify it.i agreed for that aso .but till date nobody has come to attend . sir my customer id is 2070050 and your engineer is now telling that if u want o complaint u can . dy wil attend . for the last 6 years i’m using your product . but after your nice response i’m forced to change to other services. by seeing earlier service i regret to say that the present situation compels me to approach the consumer court. so it is now up to u how fast u r resolving service towards my complaint.
