Dear sir, i bought daikin air conditioner on 29th may 2013. i made a complaint on 19th april 2014(before waranty period) due to not cooling.But i received message from Daikin office that work finished on 3rd may 2014.Really problem not solved.Two times Service person came and attend but still problem not solved.now they asking money to change motor. They only delayed to rectify the problem.But still problem not solved.Chennai daikin office person Mr.kannan(cell:9840728790) asking money to replace the motor. I didnot run the air conditioner even single day from 19th april 2014.Almost three months contacting with them. They filled the gas but same day air conditioner not working . I informed Mr.Naresh regarding this issue.
They have to replace the motor without any money. because i made a complaint before the warranty period. D.K engineering services did not diagnose the particular problem. that is D.K engineering mistake. So i kindly request you to rectify the problem.
