Daikin Defective A/C – No Customer Care

I got delivered a defective DAIKIN 3* AC. Irrespective of daily phone calls and complains the issue is not solved. A brand new AC is not working and the company or the dealer is not doing replacement of the product..

We buy AC in summers. Since two months in the hottest summer ever we were without AC irrespective of that we have paid for it. We got defective product and entire summer passed but our product didn’t got replaced.

We want full refund of our amount paid for the product.. Also some penalty should be levied as in scorching heat of summer we were deprevied of AC even when we had fully paid for it
