Vodafone Mobile Data Plan Wrong Billing

Dear Sir/Ma’am, I am having a vodafone postpaid mobile connection with 9619XX481 number. My bill for the 18.05.2015 to 17.06.2015 (relationship no-8.116XX717.00.00.100375) has been wrongly charged as Rs:2,275.17/-. As this is a corporate sim am having the following discounts. Monthly Rental – Rs:75/- GPRS 2 G Unlimited Plan – Rs : 99/- Still I have been charged extra for internet usage. Details are as under- Degivive NexGtv – Rs.125 (spoke to customer care about the same in the previous month to stop this service and they had assured that I will not be charged for it, still it is appearing in my bill. Reference ID for the same is 1748363640) Internet – Rs.1469.48 Downloads – Rs.150 And service charges on the above total amount @14% All these details have been passed on (verbally on phone) to the customer care (Ms. Amita Kavle) and they have accepted that it is a mistake from their side (Reference ID 12506009706) Please rectify the errors made in the bill and send me a fresh bill with correct amount.

I want fresh bill after deducting all non wanted charges and provide me fresh bill.
