Worst Quality of Service – Landline

I have booked the complaint on BSNL Portal having docket no HPR/CO/2015/1441 booked on 15/06/2015. DETAILS MENTIONED: LANDLINE is not working since 5 to 6 days. For this, we have booked telephonic complaint at 237098 telephone no 3 times. But no one has turned till 15jun for repair or restoring the services. CURRENT STATUS: CASE IS YET TO BE FINALLY DISPOSED OFF BY CIRCLE HEAD OFFICE . FORWARDED TO CONCERNED UNITS/SECTIONS FOR TAKING NECESSARY ACTION. PENDING AT HAMIRPUR HEAD OFFICE. Can you arrange a reply from BSNL offical that why they are not taking any action?

Due to this, i am not able to use telephone services for a month almost. kindly waive off my rent.
