I have booked ubislate 7CZ to Datawind by paying online amount of Rs. 2999 in June 2012. I waited long for delivery of purchased item. In January 2013 firm offered better version on extra payment of Rs. 2500 (Online) extra to earlier amount Rs.2999 which I had submitted in June 2012. Firm also assured that on making online payment delivery will be made in three weeks.My booking ID is PMC5A5B6998E. But still there is no delivery?? They are also responding over mail and phone

The delivery of purchased item at the earliest and if they can not do so there should be proper compensation to me for non compliance of order even after getting payment on time. They also assured every time that device will be delivered shortly.
