I sent a parcel from palakkad to calicut…by mistake i didnt keep reciever’s contact number..for this reason the parcel was sent back….now when i enquired i was informed that i have to pay again for resending the parcel to the same address after including recievers contact number…as i have included senders mobile number the concerned person could have called me and enquired about the recievers contact number and this problem would not have occured…without doing that they have send back the parcel and are demanding money for resending the parcel

i want necessary action to be taken so that this problem is not encountered at least to the future customers of dtdc….the person who recieved the parcel could have just reminded me to add the contact number and i would have done that..
