I ordered Aakash tablet 7 C+ through online 2 year ago, but they delivered the product on 27th Auggust 2013 in the evening around 5 pm, while giving the money,the delivery boy not allowed me to open and check the product. After payment he handed over the product to me and when i opened the box,the product was damaged screen and the device is not at all working, on the same i tried to make a call to the customer care number which is on the box. But nobody is answered at that evening time so i called the next day in the working hours eventhough they are not responded, i made enquiry using google and just dial services, they provided some contact numbers of Table repairing service providers so i called them and got the Aakash tablet service centre numbers. so i contacted Aakash tablet numbers they have given the service centre address which is wrong address. At last again i called to just dial service providers they have given some numbers so made enquired and got the aakash tablet service center,so i went there and submit my device in the month of September 2013 only, but till no i have received any device and my money also,i have sent many mails and made many calls also but no use, no one responding to me till date.
