Myself kasiviswanathan I ordered ubislate 7CZ on 26th Jan. I have paid the amount through online on 26th jan itself by using my HDFC credit card. My Order Number: PMAD0DBD1C0A .Payment has been acknowledged by them by email. but yet to receive the product . Please note that I got promised from their side that I can get my product with in a month. I have plan to gave this product as a gift for my brother birthday on 2nd march 2013. still now I didn’t receive the product. They do not answer or pick up helpline number 1800 180 2180.then i search through internet and got this number (+911832708500). i called more than 5 times. Each time i have waited more than 10 minutes after gaving my details. but i didnt proper response from your customer support side. After sending enormous mail, Now i got message from your side stated that it will take another 2-4 weeks. My long wait is over . so please refund my amount without any deduction. I will go for some other brand.
