I have booked Ubi Slate 7R+ (booing ID is PM1CE0C) on 9. Nov 2012, but I received Ubislate 7Ci on 6,Dec 2012 instead Ubislate 7R+ and its very rough condition also it seems like used ubi slate. I am trying to contact with company but no one pick my ph. and also give the reply through email. Datawind made me cheat to send the wrong product Ubislate 7Ci. Please solve my problem and get back right product which i paid for it

I want to update version of ubi slate 7C+ other wise i want to refund.
