I have purchased a datawind tab through tv advt. of naaptol.com vide order no. 25781198 on 15.8.2016. On delivery, I found the product very poor state and not working. I contacted the company for complaint and got complaint number 17290813. Since then they are not entertaining my complaint and not sending any technician to verify the faulty set. They have also refused to replace the faulty set.

I have been calling since 17.8.2016 and paid Rs. 3,148/- towards cost of product. They refund me my money and take back the faulty set. Or they replace the faulty set with a goods working set.
