I have purchased tablet of datawind company in December 2012 through online booking, and after receiving the device. after use of 2 or 3 days i have facing some problem in my device regarding this i have contact datawind service center they suggest me that i have to send my device their company for repairing or replacement so i send my device to their company after 3 month they returned my device to me without reaper/ replacement my device still dead i tried to contact datawind but but could not contacted to the company.

I have suffer A loss of Rs 4500 cost of device 1000 expense by way of communicating total loss Rs. 5500
