On 07-july-2014 i purchased ubislate make (datawind) 7cz smartphone. on the very first day upon switching on the touch screen was found defective and not working. i duly contacted the dealer starcj and they referred me to datawind customer care. i couried the defective phone to following address for repair service. gurgaon address datawind innovations pvt. ltd. plot number 740, udyog vihar phase no 5, gurgaon 122016 after this i contacted them several times over phone for update but they kept saying it would take some time for rapair. it has been almost 2 months since i sent phone for repair.

from day one i have not felt the phone working due to defective touch screen. i spent rs. 4599 and all i got was some bad piece of phone and waiting for them to show some courtesy to respond to my earnest queries. i believe i have lost not rs. 4599.
