Snapdeal – Faulty product and center ignored for repair

Hi Refer scenario : in very first instance snapdeal have delivered the faulty product which was replaced after sending many email exchange of pictures of damage product. Second instance after product delivered on 2 nd August, it worked fine but now from there is smell of burning wire when i am using the product. When i complaint the same i have received a msg from snapdeal representative regarding the service center name Daga Distributor contact no 99103xxxx which ignored bluntly that he would not provide any service and i need to go back to Snap Deal from where i have purchased the product. When i register complaint about same, i got the replied from your end that, as i have called back post seven days you cant do anything. Then i have sent below email and immediately contacted you two days back and your representative told me that he has forwarded the request on urgent basis and would resolve as soon as possible. But i have not received any reply or call from snapdeal. Now i have word with one of snapdeal representative Tarik and he also told me that it would be resolve. But issue still presist and i havenot received any reply from them. The post service provide by Snap Deal is veey poor. I never have this kind of experienced with any other online company like Flip Kart or others. Hope it will resolve as soon as possible as told to me.
