You Telecom – Refuse to resolve problems – Review

I bought this plan “SP YOU DISCOVER PLUS 4MBPS 100 GB 6 Months” on 28th March from then it work fine for 2-3 months and from last two months time they have restricted my plan speed to 512 Kbps which should be 4 Mbps. I have still 10 GB in my account and I am unable to use I have sent many emails and registered many complaints over the phone all time they commit me that they will solve the issue in 24 working hours but from last two months it’s still the same from last two weeks I have talk to them 6-7 times and still no solution, I need reward against my loss, I am working as marketing person in a company and because my target not achieved, 1/3 of my salary of last 2 months been kept hold by the company, It’s only because of You Broadband, I didn’t able to assist my clients on timely manner and a last I lose more than 8 clients in two months company lost business of more than 18000 USD and I lost my 60000 Rs Salary. If there is any law in this country please help me.

I need two months extension what they wasted, need this plan once again up and running from beginning as penalty and I need half amount of my personal loss of income. and govt should punish them so they never do this again.
