I have purchased UbiSlate 7C+ EDGE Tablet from datawind on Oct, 2013 which was delivered on 28 Oct 2013. I have received tablet in dead state i.e. it’s not started, I have submitted the tablet on Godwin, New Delhi Service center of Datawind on 31st Oct 2013, till date I have not received the tablet, on calling the customer care they are just assuring me to get the tablet within a week but I have not received yet. When there is manufacturing defect why not they have replace the tablet. I am really frustrated as till date(7 April, 2014) I have not received my tablet.
I want my money back i.e. 5300/- also i want the compensation from the manufacturer for my trouble.
