100bestbuy – received defected product no response by company

I have ordered two products and received defected ones of which they took one product back and didst returned it and one they dint even come to pick it up. i mailed them, called them 100 times but they are not giving any satisfactory replies. i have all the recording and mails with their customer care.

i want my product back in nice condition not defected one. or i want my money back in my bank account not in form of credit points in my 100 best buy account.
