Micromax – refusal to repair the warranty period phone

Dear Sir, I beg to state that i am sumit, a student, have brought one Micromax set (MICROMAX A210) on 11.10.13. This set is in warranty period. I have some problem on my phone related to battery and its features and the camera of this phone is also not working properly. So i went to my nearest micromax customer care center, (Bhajanpura), as this phone is on warranty period,. But the staff did not make any kind of help they kept the phone for few days and returned me back on same condition, and clearly said that they cann’t do anything more and it was clearly visible that they did not do anything. Still the phone is not repaired by them and i went there so many times but they don’t think it their duty to repair it. They do not want to listen my complaint about the phone anymore, so i have no other option instead of the complaint about their misconduct. This is indeed a pity to say that these customer care center are for the help of the common people and if they do not perform their duty properly so what the action can be taken against them.

I want either to exchange this phone or my money back as i suffered a lot. Otherwise they should have to repair my phone completely because this phone is in warranty period
