De-Energia Power Saver – No Energy Saved – No Refund / Customer Service – A Review

I have purchased a device called energy saver(brand name-de energia) on 28/12 2012 for Rs 1500.from an exhibition at Ernakulam,the agent offered 30% less consumption of electricity if the device is plugged in a plug point in the house. But I could not find any decrease in the electricity charges and after waiting for 4-5 months I contacted the company through the tele.no.provided in the cover(tel.no.04842354477). Then they agreed to refund the money after verifying the electricity bills before and after the use of the device..Even after reminding several times they neither came for verification nor refunded the money. The person who talked to me was introduced him as Mr.Biju(ph no 8891166796).

But after calling several times he came to my house on 22/012014 and my father showed the before and after installation current bills. Then he told that he want to see 2 more bills and as I was not there, I mailed the bills to the mail id(mail@deenergia.org)(web-www.energysaverindia.com) and he offered to pay the money within 2 weeks.But the given land phone number was out of order and Mr.Biju was not attending my phone calls. Then I tried from another phone and then he was telling that he is out of station and he will come back after 2 months only like that.
