deduction of balance which rs 160

Dear Sir,
I m rahul & my no. is 9896620870,i am customer of airtel for very long time..i started service of internet pack & company messaged us ur service started. when i open the internet for just 30 minutes. i have lost my 160 rs balance the customer care said ur service is not activated even send the message to me its not fair by company. i think there is a limition of deduction balance of any services. its clearly shows that its a loot. seniors are not ready to talk with us & solve the problem.
plz justice with me.
