I applied for home loan twice from DHFL – Deewan Housing Finance Loan and each time I provided tge builder buyer agreement and other documents along with processing fee both Time bank given me sanctioned letter. But disbursal not given I have complained about it but they ate not ready to listen any thing and gave unjustified excuses.

Due to this problem my 5 lacs rupees is lying with the builder for last two years and have lost processing fee of more than 12000 and mental harassment. I want bank to disburse the plan amount in subvention scheme.
